Technical Architecture
The AeroSim Pro series is engineered for durability, realism, and precision. It consists of the following integrated subsystems:
- 6-DOF Electric Motion Platform. Low-latency, high-payload electric actuators provide precise heave, pitch, roll, yaw, surge, and sway cues, simulating everything from runway rumble to severe turbulence.
- Active Control Loading. Force-feedback flight controls accurately mirror the aerodynamic forces experienced in the real aircraft at different airspeeds and configurations.
- High-Fidelity Visual Systems. Options range from multi-channel cylindrical projection screens to collimated displays, ensuring a seamless, wide field of view for VFR and IFR training.
- Type-Specific Cockpit Replica. The cabin shell houses 1:1 replicated instruments, avionics panels, and switches, ensuring pilots develop accurate muscle memory.
